1What Rejimist does

Rejimist is an online meal-plan and daily follow-up service. A doctor who specializes in nutrition writes your meal plan from your questionnaire and the information you give, then follows up through a daily check-in.

Rejimist doesn't provide a full workout program; it only adds simple activity advice alongside your meal plan.

2Who can sign up

• You must be at least 18 years old to sign up.
• The information you give in the questionnaire (conditions, medication, pregnancy, allergies) must be accurate and complete; your plan is written from it.
• If the doctor decides Rejimist isn't suitable for your situation, your sign-up won't be accepted and you'll be advised to see a doctor in person.
• Your account and your plan are personal, so please don't share them. A plan written for you may not suit someone else's body.

3Payment and renewal

• Payment is one-time, with no automatic renewal. Near the end of your plan you'll get one reminder with a renewal link.
• Plan prices are shown on the site and may change for later periods. What you've already paid for a period won't change.
• If a payment isn't confirmed but money has left your account, your bank normally returns it automatically. If it doesn't, tell support.

4Refunds

• After payment, you can't cancel your subscription or request a refund.
• If the doctor can't write a meal plan for you for any reason, your subscription is cancelled and support refunds the full amount.

5Timings and messages to your doctor

• If you don't need lab tests, your plan is ready within 3 days of you finishing your details. If the doctor asks for lab tests, that time is counted from when your results arrive.
• Your doctor answers messages within 24 hours. There's a monthly cap on messages, shown in the app.

6Not an emergency service

Rejimist doesn't replace an in-person visit, an exam or emergency care, and messages aren't read urgently. If you have sudden illness, severe pain, shortness of breath, bleeding or any other emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest medical facility.

7Content and ownership

Your meal plan, the texts and the design of Rejimist are for your personal use. Publishing or selling them without permission isn't allowed.

8Changes to these terms

If the terms change in an important way, we'll let you know on the site or by text before the change takes effect. If you keep using Rejimist after that, you accept the new terms.
