Questions
Your questions, answered
Quick answers to what people ask most. Medical questions go to your doctor once you've signed up.
How it works
Does the doctor write my meal plan themselves?
Yes! A doctor reads your questionnaire and writes your meal plan just for you, meal by meal, with a few options for each meal to choose from. No templates, no AI.
How soon after paying do I get my plan?
Within 3 days of finishing your details, if you don't need lab tests. If your doctor asks for them, within 5 days of getting your results.
Do I have to get lab tests?
No, only if your doctor thinks you need them after reading your questionnaire.
What's the daily check-in?
Every day we text you a link to a few short questions: how closely you followed your plan and how you're feeling. No login, and it takes under a minute. If you've hit a snag, your doctor hears about it.
Is there a workout plan too?
Not a full workout program. Your doctor adds simple activity advice that fits you, alongside your meal plan.
What if I have a question for my doctor?
Message your doctor in the app and you'll hear back within 24 hours.
How do I see my meal plan?
In the app, meal by meal. Each day, that day's plan opens, with a few options for every meal. You also get a printable copy for the fridge.
What happens between paying and getting my plan?
After payment you fill in a follow-up questionnaire in the app (10–15 minutes): allergies, foods you love and foods you can't stand, your work and sleep hours, and how much you cook. That way your plan fits how you actually live.
Do I have to log my weight every day?
No. You log your weight and waist once a week. The daily check-in is about how you followed your plan and how you feel.
What if I skip a few check-ins?
Nothing bad happens, and nobody's keeping score. If you go several days in a row without answering, your doctor hears about it and can follow up.
Does my plan change after a month?
If you renew, you tell your doctor at the end of each month which meals worked and which didn't. They use that, plus your progress, to update next month's plan.
How do medication reminders work?
You add your medication in the app and it reminds you on time. The reminders are just for you; Rejimist never prescribes or changes anyone's medication.
Can I log meals by voice?
Yes. Hold the microphone button and say what you ate; the app compares it with that day's plan, and your recording is kept for your doctor too.
My doctor writes in Persian. How does that work in English?
Your doctor writes in Persian, and AI helps translate your plan into natural English. The translation never changes calories, portions or medical instructions.
Cost and spots
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. It's a one-time payment. Near the end of your plan we text you a renewal link, and you renew only if you want to.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
There are no cancellations or refunds after payment. The only exception: if for any reason we can't write your plan, your subscription is cancelled and we refund the full amount. For payment problems, support will help you out.
Why are spots limited?
Because your doctor writes and follows up on every plan personally. When we're full, you can join the waitlist and we'll let you know as soon as a spot opens.
What if my payment fails but the money leaves my account?
If a payment isn't confirmed, your bank automatically returns the money, usually within 72 hours. If it doesn't, let support know.
Where can I see plan prices?
There are three plans: 1 month, 3 months and 6 months. Prices for the international version will be shown on the home page at launch.
Why are the 3- and 6-month plans better value?
Longer plans cost less per month, and the saving is shown next to each plan. A new eating habit also usually takes more than a month to settle in, which is why the doctor recommends the 3-month plan.
How do I pay?
You pay once through a secure online payment page. Nothing is ever taken from your account automatically. Payment options for the international version are confirmed at launch.
How does the waitlist work?
When we're full, you join the waitlist with your name and number and get a place in the queue. When your turn comes we text you, and you have a limited time to pay so the spot doesn't sit empty.
Signing up and privacy
Who can sign up?
You need to be 18 or older. If you have a health condition or special circumstances, tell us in the questionnaire. Your doctor will say whether Rejimist is right for you or whether you should see your own doctor first.
Where does my health information go?
Your questionnaire answers and lab results are stored encrypted, and only your doctor sees them. We never share them or use them for ads.
Who do I ask about payment, signing in, or texts that don't arrive?
Our support team handles these — they're separate from your doctor. For medical questions, ask your doctor.
When is Rejimist not right for me?
If you're under 18, or have an eating disorder, type 1 diabetes or advanced kidney disease; in these cases a plan should be written in person, under your own doctor's care. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are welcome; the doctor adjusts the plan for them.
Are my lab files secure?
Yes. Lab files are stored encrypted and only open through a link that expires after a short time. Nobody but your doctor sees them.
Do I need a password to sign in?
No. You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code we text you. Never share that code with anyone; support will never ask for it.
Your doctor and follow-up
Who is the Rejimist doctor?
A doctor specializing in nutrition who writes every plan personally. You can read about their approach and process on the Doctor page; their full name, qualifications and license number will be published there soon.
Is there a limit on messages to my doctor?
Yes, there's a monthly message limit so the doctor can get to every patient. Each message gets a reply within 24 hours.
What should I do if I feel unwell?
Report feeling unwell or a food reaction in your check-in or by messaging your doctor so they're alerted. Rejimist isn't an emergency service; in an emergency, call your local emergency number right away.
