How it works
From your first answer to next month's plan, step by step
Rejimist isn't a meal plan you download and then face alone. It's a journey: a doctor gets to know you, writes your plan, hears how you're doing every day and moves the plan along with your life.
- 3-minute questionnaire
- Doctor's call within 24h
- Plan within 3 days
- 30-second check-in
Plans and pricing
Monthly, quarterly and half-year plans; a one-off payment, no auto-renewal. We'll share international prices at launch.
See the plansThe doctor writes it, AI only helps
A doctor writes your plan, because a doctor sees your own conditions and lab results. AI is only the assistant behind the tools (like the calorie counter and reminders); the decision is the doctor's.
Why most diets don't last
It isn't your willpower. It's a diet written for everyone
Most diets work on paper and fall apart in real life. Research keeps pointing to the same thing: what lasts is a plan you can actually keep up.
- 1 in 8people worldwide live with obesity
In 2022, about 2.5 billion adults were overweight, and 890 million of them were living with obesity.
World Health Organization (WHO), Obesity and overweight fact sheet, 2024
- 80%of lost weight comes back within five years
A review of 29 long-term studies found that over half of lost weight was regained within two years, and more than 80% by five years.
Anderson et al., American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, 2001
- Sticking with itmatters more than which diet
In a trial comparing four popular diets over a year, weight loss depended more on how well people stuck to their diet than on which diet they followed.
Dansinger et al., JAMA, 2005
Where template diets usually break
- They're written for everyone, not for your body, conditions or medicines.
- They ask for food you don't cook at home, or can't easily afford.
- When one day goes wrong, nobody tells you what to do next.
- If they don't work, they don't change. They just end.
That's why Rejimist exists: a doctor writes your plan from home cooking, with choices at every meal, and a short check-in each night shows how you're doing.
The journey
Six steps, and you always know what's happening
- Step 1:
A short questionnaire
3 minutesOne question per screen: your goal, height and weight, conditions and medication, and everyday habits. Nothing to prepare in advance.
- You
- Answer the questions; if you're unsure about something, just say so.
- Doctor
- Checks from your answers whether Rejimist is right for you, or whether you should see your own doctor first.
- Step 2:
Choose a plan and pay
One-timePick a 1-, 3- or 6-month plan and pay once. There's no automatic renewal.
- You
- Pay once; near the end you get one reminder with a renewal link.
- Doctor
- Sees your file in the queue and gets ready for your call.
- Step 3:
The doctor's call and taste profile
Within 24 hoursThe doctor calls to get to know you better: sensitivities, foods you love and dislike, work and sleep hours, and how much time you have to cook.
- You
- Talk about your days and ask anything you like.
- Doctor
- Requests lab tests if needed. In that case, your plan is ready within 5 days of uploading the results.
- Step 4:
Your own 30-day plan
Within 3 daysWritten meal by meal, with a few options for each meal, plus simple activity advice such as a daily walk.
- You
- Each morning that day's plan opens in the app; there's a printable version for the fridge too.
- Doctor
- Writes the plan around your medication, conditions, tastes and daily routine.
- Step 5:
The daily check-in
30 seconds a nightEvery day you get a text with a link: no login, three short questions about following the plan, how you feel and any food reactions. Weight and waist once a week.
- You
- Answer with a few taps; if you take regular medication, the app reminds you to take it.
- Doctor
- Sees your check-ins. Three days off-plan, feeling unwell or a food reaction triggers an alert.
- Step 6:
Adjust and review
During and at the end of the monthIf a meal isn't working, you don't wait until the month is over; the doctor changes it mid-month. At the end of the month you give feedback and next month's plan is written fresh.
- You
- Say which meals worked and which didn't, and message the doctor in the app whenever you need to.
- Doctor
- Replies within 24 hours and updates next month's plan from your feedback and progress.

Say what you ate,
the app gets it
No time to type? Hold the mic and talk, like sending a voice note. The app checks the meal against your plan, and your recording is saved for your doctor too.
- Log meals by voiceSay what you ate and the app works it out, then checks it against today's plan.
- An assistant for everyday questionsThe assistant answers the questions people ask most, and your doctor approves those answers. Only your doctor writes your meal plan.
“Half a plate of rice with a ladle of stew, and a bowl of yogurt.”
What can I have instead of lentil rice tonight?
From your own plan: green-bean rice, with the same 6 spoons of rice.Assistant • approved by your doctor
A sample day
What does a day with Rejimist look like?
This is an illustrative example to give you a feel for it. The doctor writes each person's plan around their own situation, so yours may look completely different.
- Morning
Today's plan opens
The app shows just today's plan, not a crowded 30-day grid.
- Breakfast
Pick from a few options
For example, toast with cheese and tomato, or an omelette with greens; whichever you feel like.
- Midday
Lunch from the family table
The same food as everyone else, in the portions and balance the doctor wrote. Log it with a tap or by voice.
- Afternoon
Activity advice
If the doctor suggested a walk, here's your nudge; no heavy gym routine.
- Dinner
When plans change
Invited out? Ask the assistant which swap from your own plan fits, or message the doctor.
- Night
The 30-second check-in
The text arrives; answer three short questions and the doctor sees how your day went.

Comparison
How Rejimist differs from off-the-shelf plans
By "off-the-shelf plan" we mean generic, template or one-off plans with no follow-up after you get them.
| Topic | Rejimist | Off-the-shelf plan |
|---|---|---|
| Who writes it | A doctor, for you | One template for everyone |
| Medication and conditions | Your plan is written around them | Usually not considered |
| Tastes and routine | A call and taste profile before writing | Same menu for all |
| Choice | Several options for each meal | One fixed meal |
| Follow-up | Daily check-in and messages to the doctor | You're on your own once you get it |
| Changes | Mid-month if needed, fresh every month | Same sheet to the end |
| Payment | One-time, no automatic renewal | Varies |
Who it's for
A health condition? Your plan works around it
Mention any condition or medication in the questionnaire. Your doctor builds your plan around it, not the other way round.
Weight loss
A sensible pace, without going hungry or giving up everything you love.
Weight gain
More meals with more energy in them, planned around your training if you train.
Type 2 diabetes and high blood sugar
Meals and snacks timed so your blood sugar doesn't swing up and down.
Fatty liver
Lower in fat and sugar, without making food boring.
Thyroid
Planned around your medication and when you take it.
Who Rejimist isn't for
In these cases a plan should be written in person, under your own doctor's care, and the questionnaire will tell you so:
- Under 18
- Eating disorders
- Type 1 diabetes
- Advanced kidney disease
Pregnancy and breastfeeding are welcome; the doctor adjusts the plan for them. Rejimist isn't an emergency service and doesn't replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
Questions about how it works
How long from payment to getting my plan?
The doctor calls within 24 hours of you completing the follow-up questionnaire, and your plan is ready within 3 days of that call. If the doctor asks for lab tests, your plan arrives within 5 days of uploading the results.
Do I need to sign in to check in?
No. The text link opens without signing in and answering takes under a minute. You can also install the app on your phone if you like.
What if the plan feels hard halfway through the month?
Say so in your check-in or message the doctor. You don't have to wait until the end of the month; the doctor can change a meal mid-month.
Do I have to cook separately from my family?
The aim is no. Plans are built from ordinary home cooking, and your first call covers how you cook and what your family eats.
How many texts or notifications will I get a day?
Few. Each person has a daily notification cap and nothing is sent beyond it. Texts are the main check-in channel.
What happens when my plan ends?
A few days before it ends you get one reminder with a renewal link. If you renew, next month's plan is written from your feedback; if not, it simply ends and nothing is charged.
