Hi! I'm Dr. Rejimist.So glad you're here!
A meal plan made just for you, by a doctor
A personalized plan, not a ready-made template. A doctor takes the answers you give in the questionnaire and writes the plan that fits you, calls to coordinate, and is with you every day through the app's checklist.

Question 1 of 2Two quick questions here, the rest in the questionnaire.
What's your goal?
Knowing your goal helps me write a better plan.

Three steps
From questionnaire to meal plan, with a doctor beside you
You're never on your own. Your doctor asks, calls, writes your plan, and sees how you're doing every day.
- Step 1
A short questionnaire
Your goal, height and weight, health conditions, medication and habits. One question per screen.
3 minutes - Step 2
A call, then your 30-day plan
Once you've paid, your doctor calls within 24 hours to go over the details, then writes your meal plan meal by meal, with a few options for each meal to pick from.
Up to 3 days - Step 3
Check in daily, stay on track
Three quick questions each night, one tap each. Your doctor sees your answers and tweaks your plan mid-month if needed.
30 seconds a night
Who it's for
Your plan is written around your goal and situation
Tell us your goal, conditions and medication in the questionnaire; your doctor writes the plan around them.

Get startedThe big difference
The doctor writes it, AI only helps
In a world where many apps get your whole plan from AI, yours is written by a doctor. AI is just an assistant (the calorie counter, the reminders), and the decision is the doctor's.
Written by a doctor, not a machine template
Your doctor writes every meal for you, not an automatic output from a pattern.
Fitted to your conditions and lab results
Because a doctor sees your conditions, medication and lab results.
AI only for the tools
The calorie counter and reminders; decisions about your plan always stay with the doctor.
The doctor's most specialised work
Specialised nutrition for athletes
If you train, your plan has to fit your training, not just push the number on the scale down. Your doctor writes it around your sport and your training schedule, so your energy and recovery don't suffer.
For every kind of sport
- Bodybuilding
- Bulk and cut
- Endurance
- Team sports
- Protein and total energy matched to the type and number of your sessions
- Meal timing before and after training, built from everyday home cooking
- Supplements only with your doctor's say-so, alongside any medicines you take
- Fits around the training programme you already follow
Rejimist doesn't provide training programmes and doesn't replace your coach or sports doctor; it lines up your eating with your training.
Get startedInside the app
Everything in one app, one day at a time
Your doctor writes all 30 days up front, but the app opens each day's plan that morning, so it never feels like too much. Tick off your meals, log calories and protein, check in at night, and your doctor sees it all.
- The doctor's menu, “pick one”Each meal comes with a few options written by your doctor. Pick one and see how to make it.

- Calorie counterLog by photo, voice or manual search, across nearly 2,000 foods and Iranian products.

- Shopping listA weekly or monthly list built from your plan, with a reminder to shop.

A doctor behind every plan
Your doctor
I write every plan myself, from each person's own situation. No templates, no AI. The goal is a way of eating that sticks long after the plan ends.

Common questions
Do I need to cook separate or expensive food?
No. Your plan uses everyday home cooking with several options for each meal, so you can still eat with your family.
What if I slip up for a day?
Just say so in your check-in. Nobody will judge you. If a few days in a row are hard, your doctor adjusts the plan to suit you better.
Does the doctor write my meal plan themselves?
Yes! A doctor reads your questionnaire and writes your meal plan just for you, meal by meal, with a few options for each meal to choose from. No templates, no AI.
How soon after paying do I get my plan?
Within 3 days of finishing your details, if you don't need lab tests. If your doctor asks for them, within 5 days of getting your results.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. It's a one-time payment. Near the end of your plan we text you a renewal link, and you renew only if you want to.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
There are no cancellations or refunds after payment. The only exception: if for any reason we can't write your plan, your subscription is cancelled and we refund the full amount. For payment problems, support will help you out.
This is just the beginning.
