1What we collect

• Waitlist: your name, mobile number and the topic you chose.
• Sign-up: your mobile number, so you can sign in with a one-time code.
• Questionnaire and follow-up: your age, height and weight, waist measurement, conditions, medication, eating habits, lab results and your daily check-in answers.

2Consent for health data

Before we collect any health information, we ask for your explicit consent with a separate tick box. Without that consent we can't write a meal plan, but you can stay on the waitlist.

3Encryption and access

• Your questionnaire answers, photos and lab files are stored encrypted.
• Lab files open only through a short-lived signed link.
• Only the doctor sees your health data. No health data is written to technical logs.
• We don't use third-party services to store your health data. Where the international version's servers are located will be confirmed in the final version of this text.

4What we use it for

• Only to write your meal plan, follow up with you and support you.
• Your information is never sold or given to anyone, and it's never used for advertising.
• Text messages are only for your sign-in code, check-ins, reminders and news about your plan, with a daily cap on how many we send.

5How long we keep it

• We keep waitlist information for 6 months at most, then delete it, or sooner if you ask.
• How long we keep client files after a plan ends will be in the final version of this text.

6Cookies and analytics

We only use the cookies we need: your sign-in session and your theme and language choices. Visit statistics come from a tool that runs on our own server and doesn't identify individuals; we don't use Google Analytics.

7Your rights

You can ask support to show you, correct or delete your information. Deleting your file may mean we can't continue the service.
